Sea Park Nasi Lemak @ PJ

Nasi Lemak is a popular dish at Malaysia. At Petaling Jaya, you must go eat Sea Park nasi lemak. The nasi lemak stall is at the backstreet and you may wonder the hygiene issue. Since it is a cheap local food, throw your worries behind your head first. The stall opens at evening till night. There is always crowded with people at around 8.30 pm. But don't worry, there will always have seat due to the high speed services of the waiters. The speed they deliver the food even faster than MacDonald. You will be amazed by the waiter whom carry many plates of nasi lemak at one hand while the other hand holding several drinks! I can't capture their photo because they walk fast. Now you know why the food arrived in such high speed.

What's so special about this nasi lemak? First and foremost, the rice smelled Indian herd and each rice is separately without sticky or oily. Second, the fried chicken is really big and crunchy. You can taste the chicken has been marinated with Indian herb. It is really delicious and can said it is the vital star of this dish. Next, the fried egg is flat, thin and well-cook. Your appetite has been increased when you just look at the fried egg. Another important element to be a good nasi lemak is the sambal (chili paste). For this section, I've  to be fail him cruelly. The sambal is not spicy and thick. So this deduces its mark. There is some crunchy peanuts and cucumbers too.

Another attractive point for this nasi lemak is the cheaper price-- RM4.50. This definitely is valuable as the rice is big in portion even the chicken. That's the reason why the stall is full house every night.

For the drink, teh ais limau is recommended. But I just order the milo ice and it is normal.
